In fact, On April 3, the Supreme Court upheld the Kolkata High Court’s decision related to the school recruitment scam. The High Court had canceled the recruitment of the West Bengal School Service Commission (WBSSC) in 2016, calling the appointment of 25,752 teachers and staff illegal. The court had said that the recruitment process had massive disturbances.

At the same time, BJP MP and former Justice of the Calcutta High Court Abhijeet Gangopadhyay said- If the government had accepted the previous order, then the job of 19 thousand teachers would not have gone.
Suvendu said- Mamta is the main accused, she will have to go to jail
The BJP is constantly demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in this case and sent to jail. Leader of Opposition in West Bengal Legislative Assembly Suvendu Adhikari on Monday along with BJP MLAs protested against the Mamta government.
